UFC 316: Dvalishvili vs. O’Malley 2 takes place on Saturday, June 7, 2025 at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey, with the main card airing live on ESPN+ PPV at 10 PM ET / 7 PM PT. With Peña often criticized for her trash talk, this match is high-stakes both competitively and reputationally.

Also on the main card, Kelvin Gastelum returns to face rising contender Joe Pyfer in a middleweight showdown. Patchy Mix, former Bellator champ, makes his UFC debut against Mario Bautista. The main card kicks off with Vicente Luque vs. Kevin Holland in a fan-favorite welterweight battle.
